Loved the trendy vibes and cleanliness. Helpful staff and great neighborhood. Minor key card issues but manageable. The quirky room setup added character. Aesthetic interiors and a fantastic on-site restaurant. A convenient and stylish stay with some room for improvement.

Despite the lack of on-site breakfast service, the friendly reception staff and clean, beautiful interior made my stay enjoyable. The convenient location near restaurants and a nearby parking garage made it a practical choice for my visit.

Our stay here was fine, enjoyable base for exploring New York City. We loved our a double room with breakfast. Stunning and incredible location close to Sunac Natural Food.

The hotel was cool, not my usual style, but I loved the location, lobby vibes, and spacious room with good luggage storage. The rooftop pool was a chill spot to relax, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We had to deal with a confusing entrance and one-time parking charge, but nothing major to ruin the overall vibe of the stay. 👌

Everything was brand-new from the staff to the room, exceptionally comfortable bed and new-fashioned room. Totally such great stay for 3 more nights.

Overall, a pleasant stay marred only by a few minor inconveniences.

The whole place was fairly clean, I loved it, and had excellent location and staff. The bedrooms were spacious. The bathroom was good with a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets.

As a professional photographer and boutique hotel enthusiast, I enjoyed the updated rooms, friendly staff, and lovely rooftop pool at Hotel Indigo - Williamsburg - Brooklyn. However, the small room size and extra charges were disappointing. Despite this, the overall aesthetics and convenient location made for a pleasant stay.

The service here is top-notch, from the friendly staff to the efficient room service. The amenities are excellent, with a well-equipped fitness center and a beautiful outdoor pool. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, free toiletries, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also provides a 24-hour reception and 24-hour security, making me feel safe and secure during my stay.

Our recent stay at Indigo was great! The room wasnice and neat with amazing ambient lighting. We also loved having access to the pool. Even though there was a slight issue with the shower drainage, it didn't really affect our stay at all. I would definitely recommend Indigo.

Additionally, the pool area was stunning, with its sun loungers and beach umbrellas providing the perfect spot to soak up some sun.

Our family had a fantastic time visiting the Wonder Wheel and Luna Park during our stay at the hotel in Brooklyn. The kids were ecstatic about the amusement park featuring the famed Cyclone roller coaster, and it was just a short drive away. The clean and comfortable rooms at the hotel provided a relaxing haven after a fun-filled day at these iconic attractions, and the friendly and helpful staff made our family feel right at home.

In my wife's opinion, it would be great if the hotel offered kids' meal options in the on-site restaurant to cater to families with children.
